Warranty and Return Policy

No item will be accepted for return without authorization or previous agreement by the Company. In the first instance please contact the Company on Tel: 07956 624698 or e mail derekbeatty@schillmedical.com. A Certificate of Cleanliness may be required. Goods must be in an “as new” condition to qualify for a refund, and postage costs will not be refunded. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge unless otherwise agreed which will be deducted from the refund made within 30 days. Carriage charges on any goods returned must be prepaid. A cooling off period of 7 days after the day of receipt of the goods is allowed during which period the consumer can withdraw from the contract which is applicable to consumers but this is not applicable to business-to-business transactions. VAT Declaration The prices quoted for the Company’s illustrated nebulisers is exclusive of VAT. The VAT Act 1994 provides provision for VAT Relief for disabled people and charities. This includes patients suffering from respiratory disorders and diabetes however excludes supply of blood pressure monitors. When placing an order for nebulisers or spares and consumables for nebulisers please ensure that the Customer Order Form with electronic signature is also completed and sent by e mail to derekbeatty@schillmedical.com or by mail to our contact address to ensure speedy shipment of your order, thank you.
